I am an experienced nonprofit executive with extensive expertise in the areas of strategic planning, organizational development and association management. I am available for short and long-term consulting engagements, including interim executive staffing roles.

Consulting Services Offered:

  • Strategic Planning – gathering input, facilitating retreats, drafting materials, and making recommendations on evaluation metrics and implementation.
  • Fundraising & Development – prospect research in the areas of corporate and private foundations, government grants and contracts; grant proposal writing; execution of major donor and planned giving campaigns; develop plans for capital campaigns and building endowments.
  • Advocacy and Public Policy – develop advocacy plans to advance legislative or regulatory goals using a broad range of strategies and tactics, such as grassroots mobilization; preparation of supporting data and case-making materials; meetings with policy makers; and drafting of testimony/legislation/regulations.

    • topical expertise in higher education/research, health care policy, science policy, civics, and the status of women.
